Members of the Illinois Region are encouraged to participate in the two mult-day tours sponsored by the region every year.
Our spring tour is typically held in May and our fall tour is in September. The region chapters take turns planning and executing the tours ensuring a broad range of roads and destinations.
These tours are usually centered within 100 miles of Chicago but have ranged farther with board approval. We’re not focused on Illinois for touring. Our tours have have had host cities in Indiana, Iowa, Michigan and Wisconsin.
Each chapter holds additional tours that are usually a single day. We start early with crank-m-up and dust off tours in April or early May and close out the year with the Run to Brighton the 1st Sunday of November.
